Can I setup a payment plan for my dental work?
Our goal is to make dentistry a possibility for everyone. This means giving our patients financial options so that they can receive the dental treatment they need and deserve. Even those patients without dental insurance can find a way to have treatment without financial hardship.
Financial arrangements can be made in advance with our business staff. We participate with Care Credit for qualifying patients to make low monthly payments with no interest.
What types of insurance do you accept?
We are an insurance-friendly office. We are a Delta Dental Premier provider and participate with Healthy Kids Dental and MIChild. To find out how we can work with your insurance, please call us.
As a courtesy, we will submit insurance paperwork on your behalf, however please understand that we can only estimate co-pays as all insurance contracts with employers are different. Your portion is due at the time of service and we accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Can I still schedule an appointment if you’re not listed with my insurance?
You may be covered by an insurance plan with which we do not participate. This does not mean you cannot see us! We can still file your insurance paperwork for you. Please call to see how we can be your dental provider.
Is my dental insurance like my health insurance in that all my needs will be covered?
Unfortunately not. Dental insurance maximums are often not enough to cover an entire treatment plan. They were designed to help with dental costs, not to cover them completely. We will always try to maximize your benefits and offer affordable solutions when your benefits are met.
I don’t have dental insurance, so I can’t go to the dentist, right?
NO! Even people without dental insurance have needs and wants in regards to their teeth, gums and smile. Furthermore, studies are continuing to show ways in which dental health has an impact on the rest of your body, including your heart and blood sugar. Please call us to see how you can fit your dental and overall health into your budget.
Why don’t you know exactly how much my co-pay is?
All insurance plans are different and are based on a contract between your employer and the insurance company. We can estimate and we are often correct, but due to the large number of plans, it is impossible to know exact numbers for everyone.
